Pupil Premium for 2017/18

Pupil Premium Allocation of £24,800.

This consists of:

  • £13,200 for pupils entitled to Free School Meals
  • £2,100 for service pupils
  • £9,500 for children adopted from care

Plan for Spending Pupil Premium in 2017/18

Our Pupil Premium funding is being spent on personalised pupil support as follows: 

  • One 1:1 Literacy Teacher
  • Three 1:1 Pupil Premium Teaching Assistants

The school's pupil premium strategy will next be reviewed in June 2018.

Impact will be measured by pupil progress.

Curriculum

Our main priority is to plan learning for the children that is exciting and relevant. We created a completely new and exciting curriculum for the new National Curriculum 2014. Termly information about the curriculum can be found within the 'Classes' pages of the website but this is password protected. All parents have access to the password. PE Grant for 2016/17

PE Grant allocation of £8,862.

This grant contributes to the provision of a full time PE Teacher.

Ramsbury has once again won the top performing primary school in Wiltshire in sport for 2016/17. The school won three quarters of the local school cluster competitions and went on to compete at County level. For the fourth year running we have achieved the Sainsbury Gold Sports Mark Award.

From Wiltshire County level competitions we currently rank:

3rd Tri-Golf
4th Quad Kids 
6th Netball
7th Swimming
8th Orienteering
10th Tag Rugby

Our PE Grant for 2016/17 of £8,939 contributed to the provision of a full time PE Teacher.
