We were delighted by how many Ramsbury School children took part in the Schools’ Triathlon at Marlborough College on Sunday 19th May.
The children in Classes 3-6 took part in teams of four completing the course as a relay. Each team member completed the swim, cycle and run being timed by the event organisers. Every child gave 100% effort and encouraged each other on with wonderful team spirit.
Each team raised money for Restless Development, the organisers’ chosen charity. They work with young people around the world, supporting communities to bring young people to the decision-making table across three areas: civic participation, livelihoods and employment, and sexual and reproductive health and rights. Congratulations to all of the children who took part, we are very proud of our young triathletes!
