Class 2 Trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park

posted in: Latest News | 0

Class 2 visited Cotswold Wildlife Park to learn how animals are adapted to their habitats.

We saw the Jamaican Boa we learned about in October and found out that the sloth’s slow movement helps it to need to eat food less frequently. We have been learning about penguins and saw how Humboldt penguins from Chile and Peru are well camouflaged from predators.

We were lucky to meet the new baby rhino, Queenie, and had a close encounter with one of the giraffes.

We loved being able to get out and about and had a fabulous day!
